It shouldn't be that bad, check your calculator, sometimes it counts tomato products wrong. Also, it's lower if you skip the beans. Drain the meat of fat after browning. Carefully measure the serving sizes. Most of the time a pot of chili comes out to about 4 - 2 cup servings for me.

Speaking of this I've recently started eating Black Bean pasta. A serving size is 2 oz dry, but when cooked its a LOT of pasta! Is this STILL the serving size, or should you then measure out a cup of it? I'm always unsure when it comes to pasta.
