Been here for 3 years.. From north east coast... Lost weight from 180 to target 140 through healthy eating and fitness programs.. But recently noticed l lost more weight and am currently at 134 and not losing anymore or gaining.... Looking for motivating buddies to keep up and keep going to build up! Please add!

No breakfast, I eat cereals /oatmeal for lunch, <500 cals for dinner, fruit as snacks post dinner.. Sometimes Avacado... Occasionally falls off the wagon for a buffet.. .. That's what I'm struggling with..
