I should have been more specific, I have tapered and have done so safely. I am bipolar (I) and I also suffer from an ED since my early teen years. It makes it difficult to follow through with dieting for example but I think it's great to meet others with similar problems to help stay focused towards goals! I will add you :smiley:

I don't necessarily have a special recipe but one way I enjoy my steel cut oats are with crushed/sliced almonds, sliced banana, apples, cinnamon, and raisins.
