Track yes Calories yes under Exercise yes 30 min walk jog and 1 hr weights and Stretches Been busy or sick this last week. Only been to the gym 2 times. Really need to step it up. Goal for this month is 8-10 lbs. I’m close to my weekly goals. This is the year I make it happen.

Question if anyone knows. I was tracking my food and it was telling me I had 71 calories added cause of exercising then 2 hours later it dropped to only 55? Is there a reason for this?
