Initially weightloss and then get in shape too. Tbh I'm in the position now that I could combine both as don't need to lose more than a stone max.

Maybe it's because I'm only have 1200 a day to lose the weight but my weekends I do tend to go over.

That makes sense people thank you. Think the key is to take it up in 100 calorie increments and gauge it from there.

Exactly what I've been thinking about my weight loss too! Is it water or fat?? When I gain weight I tend to call it water weight to make myself feel better
