Homemade sourdough bread (toasted), egg (add salt and pepper), feta, and smashed avocado (lemon, Chipotle pepper, chopped coriander, salt and pepper) as a spread. That's breaky for ya.

I don't always log my water intake. I find it a helpful reminder to be sure to drink a minimum of 1 litre/day, it just helps me keep track and egg myself on to be aware to be sure to drink more.
