JoanD I don't think you will have any trouble. Do as marsellient suggested set calories for 1200 and record less. MFP will still keep track of how many calories you are eating.

For me it's dealing with fibromyalgia pain. If I would just remember the other options I need to try I would feel so much better about myself and it might actually help me cope with pain better or lessen it.

After getting some help for the depression focus on taking the first steps instead of the whole journey. Set small goals for your self. We are all cheering you on.

Working with PT on some limitations so setting the goal small and assuming the numbers will be higher as time moves along. Total steps daily: 3,500.
