I am on my second go around here on MFP. I did really well about 6 years ago. What helped me to stay on track was that I measured all my portions, invested in a food scale, logged everything, and the encouraging friends I had here. Feel free to add me if you want. I am trying to get back on track.

Congratulations on starting again. I registered again last night. I have been using MFP for a few years also. I did well a few years back.
