I've lost 114 pounds in 4 months and 3 weeks and thus have reached my target weight for reverse dieting back to maintenance. I will do so progressively in the next 3 or 4 months. Today I get an extra 100 calories after over 4 months of a 1300 calorie diet.

My original goal was 230. The closer I got to it the more I realized I could and should lose quite a bit more. I'm now at 231 with a new goal of 200. I'll reassess on the way there.

I had been very heavy for a long time but I knew I had gained even more recently. I hadn't even dared step on a scale for a while. Then my knees started to hurt and I felt 32 years old was way too young to be complaining about my damn knees. Stepped on the scale June 21st it said 344. *kitten* that. I'm 231 now shooting…
