So I'm done with the weight loss. Some people around me make a BIG deal any time I eat anything ''unhealthy''. I CAN have 2 cookies thank you very much.

How old do I look ?
-
I've now lost 162 pounds in 9 and a half months. I'm maintaning now. Feeling great.
-
Down to 190.6 this morning so I lost 154 pounds in 8 months and 6 days.
-
P.S. I'm quite a bit hungrier now that I am eating more. :)
-
So I've upped the calories a bit and I'm over my mental block. Still losing a bit experiencing significant fluctuations that I didnt before. Doing great. Pretty much reached goal weight. Want to add muscle and lose fat over next 6 months. Isnt life awesome ?

So I'm really close to goal weight but still eating quite under my target calories. Today I'm having strong craft beer. Why ? Because why the *kitten* not...

I'm in onederland. First time since I was maybe 14 or so. I'm still stunned at how easy getting around is at this weight. Isn't life grand.
-
That's what I've been doing but perhaps too slowly. Then I started exercising much more and my net deficit got pretty huge again. Hunger has not followed. I'll figure it out.

I'm 197 down from 344. My target was 190 but I changed it to 185 recently but I think it's mainly because I'm avoiding dealing with this. I'm 6'1'' somewhat muscular. I'm feeling stuffed but stupid fitbit adjustement is telling me to eat 1000 more calories or so today...

So last year my size 48 work uniform pants were getting uncomfortably tight. This year my still new 36 size jeans are getting loose...

My mini goal is learning to eat more without losing focus in the long run. I lost 142 lbs in less than 7 months and I'm getting close to my goal but still losing more than 2 lbs a week. Sometimes I feel like anything else than insane dieting will be the gateway to *kitten* it mode and weight gain. I can do this.

Wrapping my head around the idea that medium clothes might fit me now. So far I'm still convinced that I've come accross a lot of labelling errors and I leave stores without buying in confusion over the whole thing.

No I will lose weight over the holidays and probably pick a fight with someone who will tell me I need to lighten up and have some dessert. I'm perfectly comfortable with that.

It works as part of a calorie deficit diet. I buy the kirkland brand at costco as it's MUCH cheaper than other options.

6 month dietversary coming on the winter solstice. I've had extreme weight ups and downs for years but I've never sustained it this long and everyday I feel more confident that this time it's for the long run. Over that period I've cheated on my target calories maybe 3 or 4 times (and have had 0 days over maintenance level)

I used to be hot all the time so now I'm not cold I'm just fine. But I'm canadian so the idea of being cold indoors is just silly to me.

There are other health benefits to eating a well balanced diet but as far as weight loss goes it's pretty basic cico. Try to avoid deficiencies. I find drinking nutritional shakes and eating protein bars helps me. Find the things you enjoy and allow you to keep Inside your target. Technically you could lose weight eating…

I've reached a weight lower than when I was 16 years old. Every pound I lose is a new personal record and I find that very motivating. I've also reached a point where I'm physically comfortable but I'm still very motivated to reach my new agressive goal. The comfort of being light is now much more satisfying than cramming…

I know right ??? Modesty isn't my strong suit...
-
I buy big boxes of meal replacement shakes and protein bars at costco.

Good to know, I'm still losing but I've started lifting and I'd like to think the gains I've been seeing weren't imaginary. Next stop swollapalooza.

I find it interesting to weigh myself multiple times every day to see how my weight fluctuates during the day. I can anticipate my following day morning weight following those patterns. But that's just my obsession.
-
''You need to stop losing''. It seems to a lot of people that the best a former obese can or should do is being slightly overweight. I'm shooting for actually thin thank you very much.
-
If that won't do, nothing will.

Put my old belt around my waist and my 6 yr old son couldn't understand why it was so big. He knows I've been losing a lot of weight but I don't think he fully appreciated it. Back in june my size 48 pants were screaming for mercy and now my size 40 jeans are threatening to come off. I feel 10 years younger.
