I try for 1500 per day but am usually eating around 100 more than that. I work a physical job so on days that I work I can burn up to 750 calories.... so I allow myself more those days

I promise you nobody will be staring at you. Everyone will just be doing their own thing and working out. They will be focusing on themselves.

Huh, I haven't really had your problem at all. The entries I've used so far have all been accurate. Are you only having an issue with meat?

Literally the first thing that came to mind was grapefruit. It makes my stomach burn, tastes terrible, no no no. I don't care that it's a "power fruit", get that crap away from me

I'm a huge runner....I run 4-7 miles per workout. Im burning a lot of cals. If I don't eat a bigger dinner and eat back some of those cals I feel like crud. I'm realizing all of this is true. :) The other week I had a huge salad (WITH black olives), a piece of wheat toast with peanut butter, AND soup....it came out to be about 500 calories. I was amazed. You really really don't have to starve to meet your calorie goals.
