It is a crazy eye opener. If I don't track it's easy to plateau. Like other users posted a cheap food scale is an invaluable tool :)

I found that having a 2 scoop protein shake in the morning ( 50 g protein) really helped my cravings for high carb breakfast/ mid morning snacks. Then helped me reach my daily protein goal.

I work shifts and in a stressful environment, I find it hard at the end of the day to always eat healthy. Some times a quick drive thru burger is easier and more satisfying than some healthy snacks waiting at home. If anyone has some quick healthy tips I would love to hear them. Thanks
