Current book reads are The Glass Magician by Charlie N. Holmberg, Company Town by Madeline Ashby and A Gathering of Shadows by V.E.Schwab. Also reading the graphic novels Saga by Brian K. Vaughan and Fables by Bill Willingham. There are a few other books I am sort of reading but have put down for the time being.

I have had a migraine for the last two days and instead of using it as an excuse to not exercise, I pushed myself to do some yoga yesterday and today got 20mins in of kickboxing in! Also, I have recently started to get off the elevator a floor below my apartments floor and walk up the stair to mine. Hoping in a week or so…

A one egg omelette with a slice of tofu cheese and 70g chopped avocados with 1 tsp. truffle oil drizzled over it, one 20oz americano with a tbsp of salted caramel syrup, a cup of carrot and mango juice and 5oz of fresh pineapple. Kept me full through my morning walk, 2 hours of housecleaning/meal prep and some computer…

Instead of my normal coffee at home I treated myself with a soy latte from Starbucks. Might not be a "treat" in many peoples books but I usually have an americano at home so to me it was. Went for a leisurely walk around the neighbour, listened to a couple podcasts and sipped on it.

According to the bluebulbsproject site I have lost the equivalent of a bowling ball but I think my main NSV is my balance is so much better. I no longer reach out to grab something to make sure I don't fall and I am able to hold yoga/stretch positions much better (and get in/out of the bathtub easily)!

Chips and ice cream are always my downfall so I am trying very hard not to have them in the house anymore. Whenever I was bored or going through a stressful time I would sit on the couch and munch on a bag of low sodium kettle chips the entire day!!

My ultimate goal is to lose 200 pounds and then re-evaluate but my smaller term goal is to lose at least 20 pounds by my birthday in November. So far I have lost 8 pounds and my body has finally stopped aching on a daily basis. I have a completely open profile/diary for anyone interested in adding me!

For the last two-three years my breakfast have been 2 hard boiled eggs, one banana, an americano with 1 tsp salted caramel syrup and 1 cup of fresh juice, usually green juice. Occasionally I will make myself an omelette with smoked salmon and mushrooms or banana oatmeal pancakes. I have lately been trying to mix things up…

Mine is open. I love snooping out other peoples food diaries mainly because I am a food blogger and like to see what people enjoy eating but also knowing that others can see what I ate and how well balanced my meals are really helps me keep to my daily food goals. I completely understand why some people may feel…

My go-to breakfast for the last two to three years is 2 hard-boiled eggs, a banana and an americano. I use to also have rice milk with the coffee but stopped that. I can't eat anything with gluten or dairy so eggs are a great source of energy and protein for me. I've had doctors say that eggs everyday is fine and others…
