I started KETO in July, but then stopped when I went on vacation. Took a few weeks to get back into habit so officially about 70 days. I've lost 12 pounds, but have been working on dialing in my calories. I've also cheated a couple of times.

Feel free to friend me if you are interested in support. I gained 40 in a year too, due to menopause. I'm now doing KETO, which has been slow for me, while others just drop pounds like mad. But its because I am not accountable 100%. Maybe we can inspire each other.

I search Pinterest for KETO Recipes, and then I add the links to my Food recipes on fitness pal to see how they calculate. Some make the cut, and some don't. Those that do, I print and prepare
