I'm Paul I'm a newbie too and need to lose about 20kg, not sure think that is about 50lbs I'm a healthcare shift worker too, so work really strange hours and it's the night shifts where I really struggle to stay healthy. It'd be great to add you if that's okay? I need loads of help and motivation
