I have tried stevia products before, but I couldn't deal with the aftertaste. The product I use is xylitol-based. The product is Swerve. It's expensive but it lets you experience some sweetness without the insulin response, that we are all obviously trying to control, among other things.

I didn't want to throw too much out at first, but I think if you get your fat percentages right, intermittent fasting can be done easily.
