  • If you are losing weight evenly you might not see the gradual difference. If you measure your tummy you'll be able to tell that it is getting smaller. As it was stated, you can't choose where the weight comes off, but if you keep losing then your tummy will shrink with the rest of you.
  • I drink one mug a day in the morning, every day. I agree coffee should be black, but mine is far from it lol I use 4 tablespoons of sweet cream creamer! Still, despite the added calories, I have a much easier time sticking to the diet when a start the day off with my sugary coffee.
