So far i've only been walking 2-2.5 miles a day (with other exercises of course) but i plan on stepping it up and walk at least 150 miles in a month! Goal: 5m a day. 7daw. Good Luck Everyone. :)

No I only eat when i get hungry. A 300 - 400 cal meal last me about 5- 6 hours until im hungry again.
