Sweet potatoes & broccoli roasted in the oven with salt, pepper & chilli flakes are my STAPLE side dishes. For a main, i love making veggie tacos! I typically throw in beans, guac, a lot of lettuce and sometimes tofu or tempeh too!

Breakfast: Cereal. Lunch: A chicken salad with balsamic dressing. Dinner: Farfalle pasta with a green yogurt mac and cheese type sauce.

Halo Top ice cream is sooooooo good. 250 for an entire pint? Yes please. I've only tried the strawberry and I recommend it 100%.
