I used to weigh too much to use a home scale, by a whole lot. I know how you feel! I was 430 pounds! Log that food religiously and just go for walks. You can build up slowly from there. Good luck!

Was it those little dials you had to wind? You never knew what the pic looked like until you developed them. Then if you took a "naughty" one, the guy developing them saw all your junk. I mean...a friend did that...um yeah.
