I just ate a cupcake today... it was 450 calories... i had to skip dinner because of it ! I've found staying under my calories for the day still works when i blow the diet eating something high in calories... but it's often at a great sacrifice, such as an entire next meal!

Staying under my calorie limit regardless of quality of food has worked for my weight loss. However, i never feel very good after eating something greasy compared to eating clean.

I never do. My goal is 1600 per day. I try to eat 1600. The calories I burn exercising are a bonus toward weight loss. I doubt it is the healthiest way, but my weight has been coming off quickly.
