Mine is open to friends if you'd like to add me.
-
Welcome! Feel free to add me.
-
I'll add you. Anyone else feel free to add me as well!

Just do it. Take it slow, walk if you have to. I'm sure there will be plenty of other walkers, including people who walk the whole thing. Don't be intimidated.

Sure, or you could select "Les Mills BODYPUMP" which is already in the exercise database.

My "cheat days" aka non-logging days are reserved for things like weddings and holidays. As long as they're infrequent and you're not intentionally shoving every single thing in your mouth, one day of overeating or overdrinking isn't going to set you back terribly. Just get back to normal the next day.

I run too, feel free to add.

Stop "detoxing" and eat the sweets if you crave them. Make them fit into your calorie goal.

If you get the Premium version, you can set your goals by exact grams. For free, you can still adjust your percentages. You may have to settle on being off a few grams, but it will get you close enough.

Settings > Premium. Switch auto-billing to "off."

Bolthouse Farms is only 35-40 calories per serving.

I'd love to see Paul go to final 2 and get 2nd again. I don't really care who wins anymore.

No. I have one. The scale itself is fine but it has problems sync'ing and the body fat reading is not accurate.

A burrito bowl (skip the beans) the night before, and a Clif Builder bar the morning of.

Protein bars and shakes. Egg whites. Jerky. Nuts aren't really a significant protein source.

Why not leave your Fitbit on?
-
I do. You can see what I eat but I don't log my workouts (other than what my Garmin auto-posts). Feel free to add.
-
I used to log it under strength training. But, I wasn't dancing or practicing routines or anything, just learning new tricks.

Get a digital scale. As long as it can read both oz and grams, it's fine. I got a cheap one at WalMart for like $13.

Combat Crunch, Clif Builder, and Grenade Carb Killa bars are all typical in my diet. Premier Protein ready-to-drink shakes are as well.

On a typical workday: Breakfast ~325 Lunch ~350 Dinner ~500-700 Plus snacks.

The good thing about Tough Mudder, is it is more of a team-based challenge. A lot of the obstacles are designed so that everyone has to work together....Block Ness Monster, the Berlin Walls, Pyramid Scheme, to name a few. You have teammates and many other racers will be more than willing to assist you. Some of the…

Rope climb, walls, barbed wire crawl, monkey bars, multi-rig, bucket carry, sandbag carry, fire jump...are all standard for a Sprint race. Also Olympus and Twister (look those two up because they're difficult to explain). Spartan also likes to take advantage of the venue's terrain. If you're racing at a mountain, expect…

When is your race? Practice your burpees. Work on your grip strength. Practice hiking steep hills and carrying heavy things. If your race is soon, and you haven't been training, it may be too late to do too much of that. Just keep pushing forward and try your best. Assuming you are running open, there will be plenty of…

Tacos

I use the packets from the grocery store...the ones you just add water to. Keeps the sauce calories down a lot.
-
Jerky.

I try not to eat past 8:30pm just to give my stomach some time to settle before bed, but if I have calories left over and I want something to snack on, I'll have it.
-
Buffalo chicken pizza and margaritas.
