Unless you're vacationing or traveling for work a lot, I wouldn't sweat it too much.

I give it to my dog. He's fat so while my other dogs are getting kongs full of peanut butter, he gets one with pumpkin in it.

Jerky.

Pilot G-2 pens. My office supplies pens for free but I just can't use them. I also keep one in my purse to sign restaurant tabs with. Also I will only buy my bras from VS.
-
Victoria's Secret knockout bras are my go-to. Plus, they open up in the front so no more fighting to take off a sweaty sports bra.

It's normal. I can definitely notice the difference in my strength during my time of month.

I love hot yoga for all the reasons you mentioned. According to my Garmin I burn anywhere between 120-180 calories in a 1-hour class, depending on the intensity of that hour. It's about the same as I'd get in a regular yoga class. Point is...yoga is great, but the calorie burn is low.

Personally, I would just include the calories. Better safe than sorry.

I felt that way for a long, long, long time, even after losing 35 pounds. It can take a while for your brain to catch up with your body.
-
Yup. I weigh in daily. It's actually the week before when my weight spikes, and it drops back off when my period starts.
-
I only run races. I could run alone but I don't like it, so I sign up to do some sort of race pretty much every weekend.

I imagine my favorite things about not having kids involve: 1. Not having to find a babysitter every time I want to go out. 2. Not having to revolve dinners around kid-friendly meals/restaurants.

I'm childless and I still never have a clean house. Then again, I do have four dogs and I'd much rather my house be littered with dog hair and dog toys than children's toys.

Holidays, my birthday, my husband's birthday, weddings, vacation. I don't log these days and I consider them my cheat days. I don't go crazy but I do enjoy foods that I typically don't get to enjoy on a regular day.
-
Agreed, however when paired with someone you do have to consider them to some degree in nearly every decision you make.
-
I definitely miss having the bed to myself (and my small dog) as well. I love my husband and my 3 big dogs, but yeah.
-
I used to eat them a lot and then they changed the formula. I haven't had one since.

I typically go to a circuit-style training gym so you're coming into contact with someone else's sweat every time you move to a new station. So it typically doesn't bother me if I go to a regular gym and someone doesn't wipe down their equipment either. I also run Spartans and the like, where you're running through mud and…

My local stores need to hurry up and get Pumpkin Pie. I neeeeeed it.
-
Peanut butter cup is probably my favorite. I also really enjoyed the candy bar flavor. S'mores and cookies n' cream are alright too.
-
I'm the same way. I did a Full more because I felt like I should, and to say that I did it. I'll continue to run Half's but I'll never do another Full.

If it's in September, you have plenty of time to train after the snow is done and through the summer. Find a good plan online and follow it. Don't skip your long runs and don't throw in extra runs that your plan doesn't call for.

Carbs are carbs. Calories are king. I don't play the good carb vs. bad carb game.
-
I would just gradually cut down on the creamer. I'd never give up coffee.
-
Yup. I've pretty much managed to eliminate all other PMS symptoms but about 5 days before my period I'm hungry, every month.
-
It's been a while since I donated blood but my strategy was always to eat a pack of cookies, not log it, and call it even.
-
My "cheat days" mean I just don't log. Weddings, birthdays, holidays, etc., I eat what I want, and probably go over my goal a bit but I try not to go overboard with it.
-
Whatever works for you. Every Monday, every Wednesday, everyday. Whatever you do just try to keep it consistent.

I lived in PA for 3 years...I miss it. Also, I'll add you.

Yes, I have.
