One of my favorite things about being single is not having to worry about shaving my legs every day. My legs are super spiky right now. It's been a week since I have shaved my legs haha! This is a great bonus to being single. No shave November around the corner

I definitely miss having the bed to myself (and my small dog) as well.
I love my husband and my 3 big dogs, but yeah.

You shouldn't need anyone's permission to do anything. That's BS

Agreed, however when paired with someone you do have to consider them to some degree in nearly every decision you make.

Of course. But that's not asking for permission.
But yeah not caring about anyone's opinion/feelings but your own was nice too( #wifeoftheyear)

Agreed. Maybe permission wasn't the right word. When your married or in a relationship you have to consider someone else's life also. You can't just grab your keys and walk out without some explanation of where you're going and for how long.

I'm not single but having some issues with moving in with the S/O
    - I like to stay as long as I want at the gym without feeling a need to go home
    - I can eat what I want without judgement
    - Not having to talk to people is actually sometimes nice
    - Watch whatever TV/Films I like, not just something we both like
    - Dates are fun and it's nice to meet new people/hear new stories

There are probably too many things to name but I enjoy the peacefulness. And the closet space

I don't have stinky food smells in my house (brussel sprouts and asparagus are banned).

For a while I was able to avoid *kitten* metal on the radio, but my oldest is a fan and he changes the station when he knows I can't defend the presets.

I don't feel like I have to rein in the spending of another adult.

All the bed benefits, including making great sheets a priority.
