Yes, I think I have. It probably also explains some of the periods in my life where I felt so tired. It wasn't lack of vit D or anything else, but probably was not enough calories to support everything I wanted to do. It's sort of a "duh" moment. lol

Thank you all for the replies and suggestions. Some of them I already do, but probably not enough. Some of them are good ideas to incorporate. I was hesitant to post about this, but I am glad that I did!

My favorite is Tootsie Rolls, but I also love Reeses PB Cups, and Dots. But I wouldn't turn away Snickers or Milky ways either. I suppose I said that you either love TR or hate them because I've gotten so many people who do the "You like those? I throw those away!" kind of reactions. :)

P.S. since my post is still the last one. Just to be clear, I am not about giving up sugar or that it's the devil. I just have noticed that I feel better while being more careful.
