Yes, I’ve been on a couple of girls trips. I really enjoyed myself and had fun but I missed him. When your SO is fun and you like the same things, it’s always great to go together.

After awhile the hunger pains will subside. Occasionally I still get them and sometimes I feed into them but mostly I don’t. I always chew gum and that helps. Also, a friend of mine on here said that when he brushes his teeth it helps him. I haven’t tried that yet, though.

Oh yeah. Because not everyone wants to eat how I’m eating. But what I’ve noticed is that my friends & family return the favor. Usually during cook-outs they’ll include healthier options for me. They’re awesome.

I like the Atkins brand candy, brownies, chocolate, etc. It’s all pretty low cal and curves my sweet tooth when I have it.

OP I’ve had this same issue with my grandparents. And my mom has said something about it once or twice...and she’s smaller than me. Agreed with the poster above me. Watch what you eat. Track every bite. You don’t have to exercise to lose weight but do what you can. Some days will be better than others.

I’m the same as some of the other posters on this thread. I weigh myself daily in the mornings to see a 7 day trend. I’m perfectly fine with it!

I’ve been on one vacation the last 7 months since I’ve gotten into fitness and I did work out a little bit at the hotel gym. I was limited with equipment though.
