It's my thang.
-
Gonna try and walk 30k steps, haven't done it since last year.
-
Leg day, 35 minute elliptical with a 140 he average, leg day again just because I didn't quite feel the pump earlier, also had 20k steps prior to going to the gym because I was not stuck behind the computer doing desk work. Bring on rest day!

Walk to 1 electrical pole, run to 1 electrical pole, rinse and repeat.
-
Jog 10k today.
-
I went up to 160 on the elliptical, was nauseous the next two days, my heart did not like it.
-
Leg day yesterday, 5k jog today.

American/Canadian male gym goers are condition not to talk to the fall less they come across as creeps, meanwhile in other parts of the world, when this happens it's just part of being human beings.

Find your BMR and the use calculators dot net to find how much calories you will need to burn if you wanna lose weight, maintain or gain. The activity levels are base on those, it goes up or down in increments of 300-400 calories per activity level. Luckily, you're a walker and you can get a ballpark calorie count of how…
-
You're athlete level (1200 calories burn per day above BMR) if you do what you say 7 days a week.

Been to the gym the past few months, Nothing intimidating about it.
-
OMAD, I can't stand 3 tiny meals through out the day.

Love when I deadlifting and my heart rate just starts racing like I've just ran a mile and I'm starting to drench and starting to feel swole and veins just become more pronounced in the mirror. Then hop on the elliptical and crank out a 40 minute session at heart rate of 140 BPM average.

Rest.

Leg day- barbell, plates and elliptical.
-
Wow, 10 minutes per mile.

Had chronic plantar fasciitis when I was 100 pounds heavier and walk more than 10 minutes, some days I needed the wheelchair because it was unbearable to walk. Haven't had them since.

Don't have a fitness tracker, I have a cheap Android phone that I've used the past 4 years, I trust the numbers it says I burned on the walking app mainly because I calibrate it myself ( measure my step length, adjust to mimic how much steps I made per minute etc). It is sync with MFP and adjust my calorie budget…

Just another day of eating.

Elliptical! Loving it. I don't know if it's all BS but I like the HR aspect of it and how I can elevate it and maintain it and all that jazz. It is just fantastic to see that calorie burn.
-
It beats going up the stairmaster at the gym, staring at the wall and touching the sweaty railing for sure. Do it as much as you want and how long, you don't have to do it everyday but you should do it every week.
-
Find your Basal Metabolic Rate and multiply it by 1.25 to get the value. If all those activity burn more than the value, then you're above sedentary threshold.

Upper body lifting routine, last day tomorrow of deload week before two rest days and then heavier weights to lift. Nice, I can feel the pump already. Wooo.
-
19k steps ( work), leg day + abs ( de-load week so light weights) and 45 minutes on the elliptical with a average HR of 145 bpm. Glad rest day is tomorrow.

I'm starting to grunt and drop the barbell when I'm deadlifting heavy, nah I'm not embarrassed, it's only natural to strain and moan when you're trying to move a ton of weight up and down. Go hard or go home I actually just joined the gym three months ago for the first time in my life and had no access to barbell. Dropping…

I saw his autopsy picture surfing the net, I'd say he is pretty dead. The state of Nevada certified him dead too.

I've done T25, mainly because that was the only Beachbody routine I could complete and even then I took 5 minute breaks so the T25 was T60. I have tried insanity but I was just not able to physically complete one rep of some of the routine when I was two months into it so I gave up but I want to complete it one day.

Dateline, I've watched it since the 90s.
