Awesome! I finally got the hang on it end of last year. I only did loose 6kg until now though, since I got sick for three months. Need to loose 10-15kg still. I like running on the elliptical trainer. It's joint-gentle and trains the whole body. I watch YouTube videos or movies while doing it.

Even worse: I love taking photos and always want to be in them, too, so I'm somewhere to be seen in our family albums. I will tell my husband to take a pic of my daughter and me (since there are thousand of the two of them) and I'm always super disappointed with how I look. Especially when it's from the side.

You can do it! This app is awesome, but you really must want to change something. It took me four years(!) until that happened for good.

P.S.: Plus you learn to eat more healthy things on your own, since you want to eat less calories, so you can like... eat something unhealthy once in a while.

It is. I did it a while back and now I'm doing it again. That's why I love counting calories instead of doing any diet. You can eat what you want, until your out of calories for the day. Or you do sport for extra calories. For me that works fine.
