Well obviously I made a typo in the above post. Weight lost should be 33 pounds not 3 pounds. I am fairly new to MFP and not terribly computer literate. How does one update this post each week. And is there a way to edit as in the case of my typo.

Eating during the day makes me miserable because I am not hungry. After a few bites I feel stuffed.
