  • I customize mine! I spoke to my NP about it and she suggested a 35-40% carb breakdown to help with blood sugar regulation. Carbs all eventually become sugar, so I guess this makes sense. Aslo, she said to stick to the whole grain form vs. processed starches as the whole form doesn't spike blood glucose levels. Great…
