  • PS: Indian/Pakistani food is extremely calorie rich. One cup cooked daal vs one cup uncooked one have a high difference. Better to make all things from scratch at home.
  • Well for chapati I calculate like this. One cup flour = 406 calories Just add salt and water make a dough. You can make 2-3 chapati from one cup whole wheat flour. So for one chapati it would be like around 130 calories. Hope that helps.
