November 6 PASS #1 I was craving salt like crazy today (ladies, we've all been there lol), so....i caved and got a medium fry from mcdonalds after work instead of going to the gym. Was it worth it? Not at all, but it was absolutely delicious.

November 5 Exercised? Yes. 40 minutes on the treadmill and 50 push ups. Calories? Yes, just barely Tracked? Yes I thought I would've started to slack off by now, so I'm pretty happy with myself. Hopefully I can keep this up through the holidays in a couple weeks! Lol
