I LOVE my air fryer! It’s great for potatoes, you can turn tortillas into chips, and my personal favorite is making roasted chickpeas! You can season them how you like and fry until nice and toasty!

I love to snack at night, and crave both sweet and salty. I have a “Night Snack” in my recipe builder that includes a serving of semisweet chocolate chips, 2 cups of popcorn, and .25 cup of pomegranate seeds. It is under 200 calories and satisfying.

That’s cool. I greatly prefer pizza to cereal- I like slice real but it’s so devoid of nutrients and substance that I can eat an entire box without feeling full.

They are fine. Pretty lacking in nutrients, but a good option if you’re craving pasta. Make sure to rinse them well, and bulk them up with protein, veggies, and flavorful sauces.

I’ve heard of it but have not tried it. If it is a fast that is low on animal protein, since it isn’t for a hugely extended period of time, maybe incorporate vegan protein powder? It’ll help keep your grams of protein higher without forcing you to up your calories a lot. Again, this could work just for the duration of the…

Also- I tend to sit at 50% carbs, 30% fats, 20% protein normally. For me, these values are perfect.

Fellow vegan here! I’m just getting back into tracking, but I find that making sure I have proper supplements (a multivitamin a few days a week, B12, etc.) and planning my meals in advance is helpful. I try to eat whole foods as much as possible. Take a few minutes (or longer) before grocery shopping to review the recipes…
