Buy potted meat....where the spam is and spread on crustless bread. Sweet food items would never satisfy me. Scrabbled eggs with melted cheese.

You are a success story.....but.....can you live on your particular diet for the rest of your life? My first thought is fruit and more protein. You may need to adapt and work on a "forever" concept.

Hysterectomy was the lovliest thing that ever happened to me......what freedom!!!

I had a hysterectomy when 32yo. Had 1 ovary left and now at 62 I still get hot flashes. Nothing to be scared of....just another season in a womens life. You will adapt and you are not handicapped because of menopause!

Save some of your calories for nightime craving but do make sure you have some stuff on hand that will satisfy you. I always have hard boiled eggs on hand because an egg eases my craving. If sweets are the ticket...sugar free cool whip with pb2 mixed in and a drizzle of sugar free chocholate topping. Be prepared!

Research said eggs play no roll in raising cholesterol. Eat your egg! I never follow cholesterol.....maybe if I ate a t-bone steak and pork bacon on a daily basis.

I can see Keto being the "now" thing! Yes.........many lose on Keto and with successes!!! But....once you want to go back to pasta,rice,pizza is that weight gonna return 2 fold?! I have seen it happen in paleo as well as atkins. Would it not be better to not forbid any food group and adapt in reasonable amounts?

Sweet breakfast items are not satisfying to me....I need protein, specifically eggs! Making burritos ahead and refrigerating for grabbing and heating for the week. Wraps with lunchmeats and laughing cow cheese and no heating. Tortillas and wraps you can find that are hi fiber and low carb too.

Healthy food does not mean calorie free. You can gain and stall on healthy food too. Weighing...measuring is vital even on "healthy" items.

IF does mean no snacking in your 16 hour window. Track it all in your 8 hr window.
