The Thick bumply hass avocado is far more superior than that thin skinned watery avocado. For me, the thin skinned one would be a zero calorie cause I won't eat these. Hass is the way to go if you can get them!

Ive gotten into straight balsamic and then sprinkle in a good Sicilian olive oil.

What I've been doing is having 2 (reasonable) slices of pizza and cutting it up in bite size pieces. I also have a salad with italian dressing and mix the pizza pieces into the salad. Much more filling then I'm done.

Whole wheat pasta....yuck! I use dreamfieds and barilla high protein.... At least its white!

What mfp gave me is what I eat....just move more and I have lost almost 30lbs. I am 61yo. Goal is to lose 30 more.
