Yes...I like the idea of you and her going for walks. I did this with my nursing son and I lost 60lbs on a healthy well rounded diet. I never looked or felt so good.

She's only 2 weeks old so you must eat balanced and lots of water....not only for you but for her too! "Dieting" I would suggest against but do balance your foods with what you like. You may find you naturally lose weight with her eating what excess you may store. Water...water....water!

I just made chicken and dumpling...... SO GOOD! Google Pillsbury instant pot chicken and dumplings. I substituted a bag of frozen mixed vegetables for the celery and carrots. This is the epitome of comfort food <3 <3

If you enjoy doing washing of pots and pans and multi utensils......cook on the stove. My IP cooks many different things 1 pot quickly! Look up recipes and research. My fave appliance!

No....sugar is not the cause! Overweight...genetcs and nobody knows why for type 1. These sre the causes not sugar.

How much wt. Do you need to lose? Hi sugar consumption is a contributor as well. Yes...genetics too. Have you had the total panel done for for cholesterols? The story can only be told if the entire panel is done.

No such thing as sabotage just fitting it in. Do you like chicken breast and veggies? Vary with many different things not just diety foods or you will never withstand to the finishline.

There are high nutritional value foods and with that being said, they are NOT without calorie values. Even the best of foods that are good for you can have you gaining weight if not monitored. If it fits within your calorie goals....go at them!

Ate a bag of the sigar free haribo gummies....addicting......until....I developed stomach craps and the runs for hours! Never again!!!
