I am 62 and I completely understand what you are going through. It's amazing what you are accomplishing! I have used MFP before with great success and excited to be using it again. You are more than welcomed to add me as a friend. I know it helps to have a support group.

I started last week with a new frame of mind. With a positive attitude and moving forward. I want to lose 50. I was able to shed 2 last week and that was with date night friday. Yeah!

I love peanut butter. So, twice a week I mix up 1 tablespoon of low fat peanut butter and a med. banana in low fat vanilla yogurt. Then I sprinkle a little granola on top for some crunch.
