  • Also doing some self training with escrima and staff. Goal is a 4th degree demo routine as well as real life self defense. Bout 15 minutes of stick work. Plus it loosens my back and shoulder muscles.
  • Ground fighting. Back escape for defense and taking back to rear naked choke offensive. Then rolling for 20 minutes.
  • Feels good to be feeling good after neck issues and getting sick. Got to train with and 8th degree Friday, a 7th degree Saturday and two 4th degrees today.
