It would take definitive research to find out and I honestly don't know of any studies that have done this, maybe someone else can offer them. All I can offer is my personal experience, if my body is affected by my eating and sleeping schedule it's not showing in my weight loss. I've lost predictable given the calories I'm…

Keep trying, progressively push yourself to go longer periods. Maybe try a new exercise if you think you might be bored with the elliptical, in the end it's all about telling yourself to just do it. I was taken down hard by flu, getting back was tough cuz I liked being lazy during that time but I'm still working hard to…

Possible yes, whether you'll want to is a question only you can answer.

If they did, people might never drink it. :D

I'd hazard a guess at 220-260 per 8oz, definitely not 120. Looking up other cappuccino mixes that seemed close, white chocolate caramel for example, showed 240 per 12oz serving which would be 160 per 8oz serving. Even then the calorie count on the package could still be way off. Realize that this is only the calories for…

This. You can lose fast but you might not like how you look after the weight is gone. OP focus on losing a sustainable amount, 1-2lbs a week and lifting to maintain muscle mass. Muscle is leaner than fat and can actually make you look smaller than you really are. People still have a hard time believing how much I weigh…

I'd trim it a little, maybe get rid of the sideburns. But I love a good beard so I say keep most of it.

Curried lentil spinach bake was a favorite of mine when I was vegan, pretty easy to make. Also zoodles with coconut curry sauce.

Use the USDA database to search foods before looking them up in MFP database to make sure you're getting an accurate count as well. Some of the entries on MFP are inaccurate.

Start small, start weighing and tracking everything you eat and only eating at maintenance. Once you've got that down, reduce your calories by 250 or 500. Add exercise in once you've got your diet and logging down.

This is so me! Give me a bottle of prosecco sans wine glass and it's a wrap.

Herbalife works about as well as It works! /s

Mealime is an app that lets you choose the type of way you want to eat, e.g. vegan, Paleo and so on. I used to use it but I like having more freedom over what I eat. Are you a pescatarian just because that's how you like to eat? Cuz you don't really have to eat any certain way so long as you're eating at a deficit. I think…
-
No it's doesn't matter when you eat, your body can't tell time. All that matters is the deficit. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4425165/ First link wasn't very clear.

Apparently she gained because she wasn't Keto enough, or had enough regulated hormones or something. /sarcasm

Stronglifts is a good weight lifting program, it's what I'm doing currently. Just be sure to watch your form so you don't injure yourself.

There's a bunch of most helpful posts at the top of the general diet and weight loss category that are super helpful for getting started. Also Heyitskriss shared the usda database for accurate logging of meals. As for inexpensive foods, frozen veggies, beans, rice, chicken breast, fruit in season are all pretty cheap…

Actually that's a great idea, mixing low cal drinks. Can't believe I never thought about this. Maybe like a vodka and seltzer. Or rum and diet coke

I cheat at home with prosecco and homemade nachos but I feel like I miss the atmosphere and the experience more than anything, and those delicious margaritas
-
I could literally eat my weight in quesadillas and nachos while drinking. It's why I haven't been to my favorite happy hour in months, Blue Mesa Grill has magical margaritas and free quesadillas during happy hour. Until I'm comfortable with my ability to moderate myself I'll have to stay away though, makes me sad :( I know…

I tried Keto at first, had some success but then my weight loss stalled. When I didn't see success I gave up and gained all the weight back because I honestly love carbs and I hated giving them up. Once I learned about CICO I understood why I gained, I was eating too much. Follow Keto if it's sustainable for you, by…

+1 the numbers might change but the equation stays the same. Hormones might affect your appetite, mood, sleep schedule, energy levels but at the end of the day you choose what gets put into your mouth. And how much you put in determines your weight. You gained 100lbs in 4.5 months because you ate too much. No one needs to…
