I would recommend carb cycling or carb backloading, as well, look into intermittent fasting. As always, consult your doctor before trying carb cycling and IF. keep up the good work!

I have been IF for more than 1 month and must say it was hard at first but my stomach and body have gotten use to it. I take BCAA with Caffeine and Yohmbine HC1 to help from losing muscle and to help burn more fat. I finally have my 6 pack and look great. to those who are doing it...keep it up it will be easier the more…
