Did W5 D2 tonight... the 8 minutes went well, and I actually ran part of the 5 minute walk. This program really works!

W4 D3 done....feeling good! Probably not the best, but I actually have been running 5 or 6 days per week, so I've gotten to week 4 faster than if I did the 3 days a week. Would I be better off just repeating the days for that week than advancing to the next week?

W3 D1 done... the runs in my app progressed to 3 minutes running with 3 minutes walking. Kicked my butt, but I did it. Getting there!

Hey all.....I'm in and just completed D2 W1 on our treadmill. I usually walk about 5 miles a day, but have never run. Although I'm in my 60s I'd love to do a 5k run this year!
