Hello I am also joining late :) 12/01: 251.5 12/07: 249.3 So far I am down 2.2 lbs! Pretty happy but still have 22.8 lbs to reach the 25lbs loss by the end of the year. I might not make it in such a short amount of time but I will try my hardest :)
