I'm in. I lost 43lbs but have gained back 7lbs and want to get back at it. I still have a long ways to go.

I work in a building that is 98% female. As a male there is no way I will comment on a woman's body unless she were to bring up the weight loss first.

Bought a smaller pair of jeans. Another person at work asked my if I've lost weight.

I've cut out pop. Difficult as I LOVE Coke. Also skip the fast food. Maybe once every couple of weeks I will eat an Egg White Delight at McDonald's. I go there often before morning before work for coffee and fill my Yeti cup wit water. I enjoy the quiet time to myself and I check email and surf the web.

Grab an Instant Pot. These things are amazing. Helps to make sure you are preparing all your meals at home. Really cut down on our eating out as you can make good quality meals quickly. I've been stuck on W4D1 all week. I make it through the 2nd 3min run but have had to take extra walking time walking before the last 5min run. the last 2 times I tried it I even had to stop during the last 5min run and walk.
