yep intermittent fasting Monday to Friday for me. my first meal is at lunch time (not including my bulletproof coffee in the morning before a workout).

cheese chips. super easy to make. about 1tbsp or so of shredded cheese piles all on a baking dish and bake until golden brown, then let them cool. store them in the fridge for days. I make a new batch every few days.

Hi guys just started out a keto journey a week ago and going great. intending to keep this up for 6 months at least to get the most out of fat adaption. how is everyone else coming along?
