A couple of days in Texas but disciplined throughout. Went up 1.2lbs yesterday and down 0.7lbs today so pretty much a wash. Quite pleased with myself as these work trips are normally very indulgent and calorific.

Morning All, Had a weird day yesterday as I was too busy in Dallas to stop so didn’t eat until 6pm. Thought the low calorie count, higher steps and gym session would see me right but alas, up I went.
