I would suggest taking a food sensitivity test. My mom dealt with the same thing, and she took the test for other reasons, and discovered a lot of sensitivities and allergies she wasn't aware of which messed up her gut and iron levels.

Hey....I just wanted to recommend a "diet plan" that would probably be really helpful in your case. It's called "Trim Healthy Mama" I will say that they have a lot of Christian and biblical themes throughout their things, so if you're not into that that may be a bit of a turn off, but they still have a lot of great recipes…
