Hey guys! I eat clean and very healthy on weekdays , i feel energetic and happy about it . But the problem is THE WEEKEND, it starts with friday i eat something that i usually don't on a weekday let's say chocolate and i immediately feel so guilty that i eat every single sugary piece that i have in my house starting from cereal to crepes and whatnot, and sometimes i make myself vomit after i eat . Anyone cares to help?

Why not factor some chocolate in during the week into your calorie allowance that way you might not feel like you need to have it so much at the weekend.

Don't think you need to deprive yourself of certain food during the week - you need to change your unhealthy relationship with food. Food is not good or bad, it shouldn't create feelings of guilt. Sure, there is food that is more nutritious than others, but you don't get brownie points for eating only those foods.

There is more to health than what you put in your mouth - being mentally unhealthy is not good for you either.

If it weren't for the "i make myself vomit" part, I'd just say that you should stop eating "clean and very healthy" and stop having guilt for eating food you like - that's what sets you up for binging. But as you describe not just distorted thoughts, but also severe symptoms of eating disorder, I can't say anything but "seek profesional help". Now.

I agree with a lot of the other's who have commented. You should seek some professional help. Eating disorders are really bad for you. If you want someone just to listen and help out, along with the professional, the feel free to add me.
