You can do it. I've had to think back to what I use to do before and I've set myself 80 miles walking for the month. I did it for July but this month it won't involve normal daily movement like around the house or garden this month. You could set yourself a certain amount of steps per day. That would be a start.

What way are you tracking your exercise. If you're just going by mfps calculations it could just be that you are burning off more that you think you are. This is week 1 for August and yes the week starts on Sunday. If you go to the spreadsheet for August it has the dates for each week in case it's confusing anyone. I moved from Saturdays to Sunday last month so it's a bit weird now as I've leaped a week ahead of what I would normally of been.

It should be just water but you can eat more than 1400. Try eating back some exercise calories and see what happens. It always worked for me. It maybe that it's to low amount. Serious lack of motivation this week. I was all rearing to go and then my energy was zapped. I'm feeling better than I did but I just can't find the energy button to get me going again. I'm going for 80 miles this month. I just need to watch the food better. I use to walk that much before have little mr. Haha can I still do it though is the question, I've got to push myself to get enough steps on days I don't actually walk anywhere. At least then it will make up the mileage.
