Why is it always more difficult the second time around! 4' 85" / 148cm HW: 161lbs/ 73kg CW: 144.4 lbs/ 65.5kg GW: 110- 116.8lbs/ 50-53 kg (blood donors need to be at least 50kg so just a little over 50 is best )
