  • USMCMP-First of all, I would like to thank you for your service! Where I live, they find a way to incorporate salt into EVERYTHING. So, the help to reduce bloating is definitely needed. Thank you for the tip about calorie counting. I will look into getting a food scale.
  • Meghanebk- I meant no disrespect. The program I am using calls the workout Tabata. It could possibly be considered HIIT. And, yes, I do enjoy it! I find that working out harder relieves my stress. Thank you for your input!! I will definitely research Professor Tabata!
